Welcome to OperSa. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OperSa website, application, and related services (together, the “Service”). By connecting a wallet, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. OperSa is a testnet product
OperSa currently runs on Robinhood Chain testnet. Everything you see and do on the Service uses test tokens that have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or any other asset. Test balances, positions, and points may be reset, adjusted, or removed at any time. The $OPSA token is not live. Nothing on the Service is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security, token, or financial instrument.
2. Eligibility and your responsibilities
By using the Service, you represent and confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where the activities offered on the Service are permitted, and your use does not violate any law or regulation that applies to you.
- You are not located in, and are not a resident of, any region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not a person or entity with whom dealings are restricted under applicable law.
- You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, tax rules, and reporting obligations that apply to you.
- You have done your own research and due diligence before taking any action on the Service, and you are not relying on OperSa for advice of any kind.
You are responsible for the security of your account and your wallet, including keeping your login method and any recovery details safe. Activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility.
3. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
OperSa provides tools, data, and an oracle that estimates values for hard to price assets. None of this is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Valuations and prices shown on the Service are estimates and can be wrong. You alone decide what to do, and you accept the full risk and outcome of every action you take on the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Manipulate markets, prices, points, or the oracle, or attempt to do so.
- Exploit, probe, or interfere with the Service, its smart contracts, or its infrastructure in bad faith.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to launder value, evade sanctions, or fund unlawful activity.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage or to overload the Service.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.
5. On-chain activity is public and permanent
Transactions you make settle on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, trades, holdings, and related data are visible to anyone and are outside of OperSa’s control once submitted. OperSa cannot reverse, cancel, or recover an on-chain transaction on your behalf.
6. Intellectual property
The OperSa name, logo, interface, written content, and software are owned by OperSa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use OperSa branding without prior written permission.
7. Service provided as is
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non infringement. OperSa does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any data or valuation is accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperSa and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Because the Service is a free testnet product, any aggregate liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
9. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may add, change, suspend, or remove parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to OperSa, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between you and OperSa before any other step is taken.
