This Privacy Policy explains what information OperSa collects when you use our website and application (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain because that is how it should be.
What we collect
- Wallet and on-chain data. When you connect or create a wallet, we process your public wallet address and your on-chain activity. This data is public by nature and lives on the blockchain, not with us.
- Account details. If you sign in with email or a social login through our authentication provider, we receive a basic identifier such as your email address. You may also choose a username, which is public.
- Usage data. We collect standard technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser type, and approximate region, to operate and improve the Service and to prevent abuse.
- Local storage. We store small items in your browser, such as your light or dark theme choice and whether you have seen the intro tour, so the Service remembers your preferences.
What we never collect
We never ask for or store your private keys or recovery phrase. Wallet signing happens inside your own embedded wallet through our authentication provider, so we cannot see or move your funds. We do not ask you to enter passwords, card numbers, or government identifiers into the Service.
How we use information
- To run the Service, including markets, the oracle, points, and Season.
- To keep the Service fair and secure and to detect and prevent abuse or manipulation.
- To understand how the Service is used so we can make it better.
- To communicate with you about support requests you send us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share with
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, such as our authentication and wallet provider, our hosting provider, and analytics tools, and only to the extent they need it to do their job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. On-chain data is public and can be seen by anyone, including block explorers and third parties, and that is outside our control.
Data retention
We keep account and usage information for as long as needed to run the Service and for legitimate business or legal reasons. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by us, because it does not belong to us.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time and stop using the Service. You can clear the items we store in your browser through your browser settings. If you would like to ask about the information associated with your account, contact us and we will help where we reasonably can.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated policy.
